The inception of this institution took place in the last decade of 20th Century in a prominent location at Perambalur District, by the Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Educational and Charitable Trust, with a steadfast objective of modern education for the changing times. In a short span, the Institution has grown by leaps and bounds and carved out a niche and stays there predominant and continues to gear up students on nation building.

Renowned visitionary of this territory Shri.A.Srinivasan is the Founder of the Trust, Thiru S. Kathiravan is the Vice-President of the Trust and Mr. P. Neelaraj is the Secretary of the Trust. The institution is radiant in the field of education with the divine grace of Smt.S.Dhanalakshmi(late). Thiru A. Duraisamy, the elder brother of the founder, is one of the member of the Trust.

This institution is taking care of the pastoral need of the society. It has also involved itself in the service of the socio-economic development of the people of Perambalur District irrespective of religion or caste. The Trust has been running hospitals also.
