Note to Parents
- Ensure that your ward leaves the home in complete uniform
- Parents/Guardians can meet or talk to the class teachers, subject teachers, coordinators, Vice Principal and/or Principal from Monday to Friday between 04.15 p.m. and 05.00 p.m.
- Parents/Guardians are requested to meet or call the teachers only during the time mentioned in note 2 (as above). Since all the staff have to take up their household responsibility after 05. 00 p.m. parents/guardians are requested to follow these timings.
- Parents may check their ward’s diary (Student’s Diary) every day and acknowledge the homework page and other circulars and notices sent from time to time.
- It is good that parents spend quality time with the students at home and monitor their leisure time activities at home.
- Supervision of their wards by the parents helps the students learn and complete their homework every day.
- As first teachers, parents shall teach the students to be punctual regular, and sincere by making the fee payments in advance, submitting the leave letter in advance, and meeting the teachers regularly to discuss the status of their wards.
- It would help the students develop their communicative skills if the parents at home provide opportunities and an atmosphere for the same.
- Parents have to be aware of the friends circle of their wards.
- Parents may ensure that the students bring their lunch, water bottle, napkin, and spoon daily to school
- Apply for Gate Pass / Leave form when you want to take your ward out of school during working hours.
- Maintain a cordial relationship with the non–teaching staff of the school
- Parents shall not present any form of gift/cash award/presents or anything as a token of appreciation or gratitude to any of the staff of the school.
