Regular Days
- The school starts at 08.00 a.m. for the students of grades X, XI, and XII and at 08.45 a.m. for the students of grades LKG to IX. The school closes for the day at 04.10 p.m. for the latter and at 05.10 p.m. for the former.
- Every day schedule starts with the invocation of God. Students pray before the lunch. They complete the day with a prayer.
- Students follow the everyday Class Time Table, everyday Cycle Test Schedule, and everyday Homework Schedule.
Sports & Games
- “A sound mind in a sound body” is what we believe with regard to the growth and development of the students in their lives here. Every student is allowed to select his own field of interest in sports and accordingly, they are trained.
- Students are trained in Badminton, Cricket, Throw Ball, Volley Ball, Basket Ball, Kabaddi, Table Tennis, Track and field events
- Every year Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Matriculation Higher Secondary School continues the record of winning all the championships in the Zone, District, and State levels.
- Further students of our school have been segregated into five sports groups called Air, Earth, Fire, Sky, and Water referring to all the elements of nature. This provides them learn team synergy and cooperation. It also creates an opportunity to learn obedience, social behavior, and public appearance.
- Depending upon the nature of sports and games students get the opportunity to lead a team and become strong leaders in the future.
Extra Curricular Activities

Uniformed Services
The school provides the students the opportunity to exhibit their patriotism through the uniformed services. The school facilitates Junior Red Cross, Scouts & Guides, NSS, and NCC to the students.
The members of these unformed services are regularly trained. They are regularly revitalized through many training camps and orientations by the respective units of the government.
